2. How does AtmosRx® work?
The process of AtmosRx® vaporization or volatilization releases the essential, active elements of a substance without any burning. AtmosRx® uses a cutting-edge convection technology that releases just enough heat and air to discharge the vital elements; but not enough heat and air for the materials to combust.

6. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation email. If UPS shipping is selected there are 5 choices: Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, Express Saver, 2 Days and Ground. These time frames are merely a guide and we offer no guarantee unless otherwise posted.

9. How long does each battery last between charges?
AtmosRx® batteries are constructed using the latest lithium ion technology and typically should last for 650 puffs before requiring a full recharge.
10. How do I know when the battery needs recharging?
Your AtmosRx® battery will blink 8 times when it needs to be recharged. Please note your battery will blink five times when it is being overused. This does not mean it needs to be recharged. It simply means you should discontinue use for 30-60 seconds.
