Refunds and Returns
Atmos accepts returns on items bought directly through our official Atmosrx.com website. Refunds are only available for unused and unopened items bought within thirty days of the return. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping will not be refunded. If an order is cancelled, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged.

1-Year Limited Warranty Program
Atmos backs all of our rechargeable products with a one-year limited warranty. Our five year warranty is only valid if the products are bought directly through Atmos or one of our authorized retailers. If purchased from one of our authorized retailers or other retail establishment, please keep your receipt as proof of purchase, as it will be required for our Warranty Registration. Items will not be replaced with different models or parts. All items being replaced are subject to a replacement fee that covers the shipping and processing costs. Due to their hygienic nature, all disposable products are final sale and are not covered by our warranty. Free Gifts are not covered by any replacement program or warranty and are sold as-is. Final sale items include: All items listed on our clearance/sale page, free gifts, attachments, cartridges, atomizers, e-hookahs, disposable cigarettes, e-liquids, mouthpieces and herbal formulas. 

The Atmos warranty program is only valid for customers within the United States. If you purchased your Atmos product through an authorized dealer outside of the United States, we highly recommend speaking to the retailer you purchased from for assistance.

The following events resulting from negligence or human error will void your warranty: water damage, vaping unspecified material in a device, using the device not according to instructions in owner’s manual, breaks from drops or falls, broken seals, the original batch number is removed, obliterated or altered from the machine or cabinet, defects caused by improper use as determined by company personnel, modification or alteration of any nature is made in the electrical circuitry / or physical construction of the device, repair work is carried out by persons / agency other than Atmos, site (premises where the product is kept) conditions that do not confirm to the recommended operating conditions of the machine, defects due to cause beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage.

Unauthorized Retailers and Counterfeit Products
Atmos does not offer a warranty on products purchased from the following sites: eBay, Amazon, Bonanza, Alibaba and Rakuten. This stance applies to all unauthorized retailers. 

Caution
Due to varying voltages and other factors, we recommend that buyers use only the specified chargers with their Atmos products. Incompatible chargers may cause batteries to overheat or fail, posing a fire hazard. Atmos Nation LLC will not be held responsible for any damages caused by inappropriate or irresponsible use of our products. The buyer agrees to accept all responsibility for any such damages and not to hold Atmos Nation LLC or any affiliate retailers responsible for such damages or injuries to any persons or properties.

Use Only As Directed
Vaporizers are not medical devices and are not intended to cure, treat or prevent any diseases or other conditions. If you have any health problems, please consult your doctor before using any AtmosRX® products. AtmosRX® vaporizers are not intended to administer medicinal or illegal products of any kind. All AtmosRX® products must only be used in connection with legal dry herbs and flower blends. An individual must be eighteen years of age or older to purchase vaporizers or vaporizer accessories. Do not allow children, women who are pregnant or breast feeding, and those with life threatening illnesses to use our devices.
