Purchased over $100 of items from Atmos and two of the batteries I received were completely defective including the one from the Dry Herb Kit. I contacted customer service to get a replacement battery and they initially just ignored my email. A week later I followed up again and was told I would be charged replacement fees to send the battery back for refurbishing. This company doesn't stand behind their products and clearly don't care about their customers. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Purchased and the battery stopped working. Customer service was able to help me right away. I have a problem with the chamber. I have to open it and push the flower down more than once. It takes a few chambers to get enough smoke for me.

Very good in price and nice vaporizers. Have a black one that was really great until I accidentally knocked it over and it broke, so that is why I am ordering another because I know that it is good.
