Yes, we ship internationally. AtmosRx® is constantly monitoring the laws concerning shipments across borders concerning nicotine products. At this time these products can be only be shipped to U.S. Addresses. All non-nicotine products and our vaporizers can be shipped Nationwide as well as internationally.

Currently, Atmos does not ship any products to Mexico, Turkey, or Panama. Aside from these areas, all orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation. UPS shipping is available in Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, Express Saver, 2 Days and Ground. All shipping times are estimated. We cannot be held responsible for any delays that are not within our control. (weather, electricity, delivery delays by the carriers).

All International shipment fees, including but not limited to warranty items are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All international shipments are subject to duties and fees when crossing borders. Generally, Brokerage fees will be required and Customs may impose duties and taxes based on the value of the goods. The payment of duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser/importer. Please be advised that these fees are normal and are often times applied to shipments that ship internationally. We currently do not offer shipping to APO/FPO/DPO Boxes.

Pre-Purchase Product Inquiries

The term "510" describes the threading size of most common vaporizer components, such as batteries, USB and Cartridges/Attachments. 510. threading is the standard commonly used by portable vaporizer manufacturers.

In the past, Atmos used a proprietary threading that is not as common as the 510. While we no longer create products with this type of threading, we do still carry products that have this type of threading. Atmos and 510. threading are NOT COMPATIBLE with each other's components without an available adapter. Click here to buy.

Most cartridges are disposable because of their personal nature and use. Cartridges will probably need to be replaced when there is a burnt taste or a lack of normal operation. The longevity of a cartridge depends mainly on the end user. Due to cartridges being disposable, there is no warranty on any cartridges. Cartridges can be "maintained" by cleaning the outside, metal connector pieces in your battery and the bottom of the cartridge when necessary. If your Cartridge comes with replaceable inner parts, these need to be maintained or replaced as required. The use of an alcohol pad is highly recommended.

What you're viewing on your account is only an authorization hold. This charge is scheduled to be released within 24-72 business hours. The reason this has happened is due to the credit card being processed with the incorrect billing address. Unfortunately, once you process your order we are unable to modify or cancel your order. Once your order is placed and confirmed it immediately gets processed through our automated warehouse processing. In cases where cancellations are permitted, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged. Shipping cost is not refundable.

Orders are usually shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 24-48 business hours for processing & handling (including and other expedited services). Post Purchase Product Inquiries

Batteries are usually shipped with a 70% charge from our warehouse, which is the suggested way to store lithium-ion batteries. For optimal performance it is highly recommended that you use the battery until it depletes itself. Then charge the battery according to the instructions found in your specific product user manual.

AtmosRx® batteries are designed and manufactured using the latest lithium-ion and lithium-polymer technology. How long a battery last depends on a number of different factors, however the most notable variable is a battery's capacity or milli Amp hour (mAh). Atmos batteries can range in capacity, starting with 180mAh and reaching higher. While we cannot list each of our batteries expected life, a good frame of reference is the following: a 650mAh battery, will last approximately 650 puffs before needing to be recharged, 1100mAh approximately 1100 puffs, 200mAh will approximately be 200 puffs etc. However, actual battery life can vary wildly depending on the cartridge being used. Please keep in mind that these are all approximate calculations and each user will have varied results based on usage and age of battery.

No this is not recommended. Charging the battery longer than recommended can cause damage to the lithium-ion technology, and can be a fire hazard as well. Removing the battery from the charger immediately as the light turns green will increase the lifespan of your battery.

  1. Regularly wipe battery connection clean with a 90% alcohol solution and cotton swab to ensure no oil or residue damages the battery.
  2. Let battery thoroughly dry after cleaning with alcohol.
  3. Remember to remove the battery from the charger when it's fully charged.
  4. Unscrew the cartridge from the battery if you will not be using the device for an extended period of time.
  5. Carry the device in a protective case when not handling.

If you must clean your vaporizer parts of wet or dry deposit, a 90% alcohol solution and a small cotton swab is highly recommended. The mouth piece/chamber connector and mesh filter should only be cleaned with a soapy water solution. It is best recommended to let them soak for a period of 12 hours. Be sure to let your vaporizer components fully dry before using them again. Ceramic filters, because they are manufactured in an absorbent, porous material, it is not recommended to any cleaning with any liquids. It is suggested, using a paper clip or similar item, to poke the holes to ensure proper airflow. After normal, usage and wear, the ceramic filter, as well as other filters in the vaporizer will need to be changed. Regularly wipe battery connection clean with a 90% alcohol solution and cotton swab to ensure no oil or residue damages the battery.

The heating element of an atomizer is wrapped in a fabric. If not kept wet will burn very quickly. Once this fabric is burnt it does not absorb liquid efficiently and the atomizer can be damaged permanently by running dry just once. Your wick must be kept saturated before powering on and inhaling to prevent any damage or burnt taste. If all necessary precautions have been taken in keeping your wick saturated and you are still experiencing an unusual taste, it may be time to change your cartridge.

Customers who buy atmos batteries and choose to use other brands cartridges take a risk of leakage when using these different cartridges. It causes leakage of wax or liquid.
When there is a leakage it causes a gap or blockage between the charging port and the battery port which prevents the device from charging. Follow these steps to get your device charging again:
Step 1: Make sure your battery is off.
Step 2: Take a cotton swab slightly dipped into alcohol.
Step 3: Start by cleaning the battery connection port and all the threading, then move to the battery connection, clean that as well to remove any product that may have leaked.
Step 4: Dry for 5 minutes and try to charge the battery again.

Should the problem continue, please contact customer support.
