If you are unsure of a retailer or online site, as being an authorized retailer we encourage you to contact our Customer Support Department by phone or email with the company name or link to the site before making the purchase. We will confirm the authenticity of the product

AtmosRx® products listed on, e-Bay, Amazon, Rakuten, Overstock, and similar sites to these as well as vendors at flea markets are NOT authorized retailers. No warranty for these products will be honored by AtmosRx®. The majority of these products are imitations and or counterfeit. These products are not supported by AtmosRx® and neither should they be supported by you. Sites advertising Authentic AtmosRx® products at a much lower price are probably advertising and selling a counterfeit product.

WARNING for consumers purchasing counterfeit products:

  • Inferior Quality ( imitation ceramic chamber / filter )
  • Serious health and safety risks associated with electrical components.( defective batteries, unprotected heating elements, fire & burn hazards )
  • People unknowingly purchase counterfeit products actualizing a bargain but actually paying an inflated price for an inferior product.
  • In the United States alone, it has been estimated that the crime of counterfeiting has caused the loss of over 750,000 jobs.
  • Legal Ramifications

The term "510" describes the threading size of most common vaporizer components, such as batteries, USB and Cartridges/Attachments. 510. threading is the standard commonly used by portable vaporizer manufacturers.

In the past, Atmos used a proprietary threading that is not as common as the 510. While we no longer create products with this type of threading, we do still carry products that have this type of threading. Atmos and 510. threading are NOT COMPATIBLE with each other's components without an available adapter. Click here to buy.

If you need further assistance determining which thread size your device has, please contact our Customer Support Team at the number listed on the "Customer Service" page.

Most cartridges are disposable because of their personal nature and use. Cartridges will probably need to be replaced when there is a burnt taste or a lack of normal operation. The longevity of a cartridge depends mainly on the end user. Due to cartridges being disposable, there is no warranty on any cartridges. Cartridges can be "maintained" by cleaning the outside, metal connector pieces in your battery and the bottom of the cartridge when necessary. If your Cartridge comes with replaceable inner parts, these need to be maintained or replaced as required. The use of an alcohol pad is highly recommended.

PACT and the USPS Vape Mail Ban

Essentially, Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act (PACT Act).and the USPS Vape Mail Ban mean that any form of vape product - whether it is the liquid/oil products you vape, or the delivery system you use, including devices and their accessories e.g. cartridges and coils - cannot be shipped using the USPS. This law does not distinguish between nicotine and any non-nic/tobacco-free products that can be vaped.

This is because "vape products", as mentioned above, are now treated in the same capacity as cigarettes, as they have been incorporated into PACT. This was done with the signing of the Omnibus Spending Bill on December 27th, 2020. The intention of this was to address issues with Age Verification for shipping vape products, and it applies numerous restrictions to businesses that deal in vape products.

The USPS ban and PACT also applies to shipping of wholesale goods from manufacturers to retailers. Regulations may vary from state to state based on their individual tobacco and taxation laws.

Expect the USPS Ban and the PACT Act restrictions regarding "vape products" to go into effect by the end of March, with the latest date being March 27th.

Right now, FedEx has ended shipping and UPS will end shipping on April 5th. Expect other private shippers like DHL to not carry these products, and private shippers who are willing to do so will likely charge a hefty fee.

Right now you can still order vape products online, but once the USPS Ban officially goes into effect, the only legal method to purchase vape products will be to go to your local store and make your purchase there. We recommend that you order your vape products as soon as possible before the ban goes into effect.

For those without a local vape store or who are unable to travel to one, you will have to use a private shipping service and sign for your deliveries with ID proving you're over 21.

The PACT Act impacts how small businesses who sell and make vape products must operate. This includes on how they are taxed, how and to whom they ship vape products to, and requires them to keep records regarding any online sales of vape products directly to consumers. Furthermore, these businesses will have to register with the federal government and the US Attorney General/ATF Bureau.

As part of this, whenever you order vape products online, the retailer/distributor is legally required as per PACT to send the state government information including your name, shipping address, what products you ordered, and how many of each.

If you are a retailer/distributor looking for more information, feel free to contact your Atmos sale representative for more information.

If you are a customer, please contact us at our email or phone address listed on our Customer Service page.

Post Purchase Product Inquiries

Batteries are usually shipped with a 70% charge from our warehouse, which is the suggested way to store lithium-ion batteries. For optimal performance, it is highly recommended that you use the battery until it depletes itself. Then charge the battery according to the instructions found in your specific product user manual.

AtmosRx® batteries are designed and manufactured using the latest lithium-ion and lithium-polymer technology. How long a battery last depends on a number of different factors, however the most notable variable is a battery's capacity or milli Amp hour (mAh). Atmos batteries can range in capacity, starting with 180mAh and reaching higher. While we cannot list each of our batteries expected life, a good frame of reference is the following: a 650mAh battery, will last approximately 650 puffs before needing to be recharged, 1100mAh approximately 1100 puffs, 200mAh will approximately be 200 puffs etc. However, actual battery life can vary wildly depending on the cartridge being used. Please keep in mind that these are all approximate calculations and each user will have varied results based on usage and age of battery.

No this is not recommended. Charging the battery longer than recommended can cause damage to the lithium-ion technology, and can be a fire hazard as well. Removing the battery from the charger immediately as the light turns green will increase the lifespan of your battery.

  1. Regularly wipe battery connection clean with a 90% alcohol solution and cotton swab to ensure no oil or residue damages the battery.
  2. Let battery thoroughly dry after cleaning with alcohol.
  3. Remember to remove the battery from the charger when it's fully charged.
  4. Unscrew the cartridge from the battery if you will not be using the device for an extended period of time.
  5. Carry the device in a protective case when not handling.

If you must clean your vaporizer parts of wet or dry deposit, a 90% alcohol solution and a small cotton swab is highly recommended. The mouth piece/chamber connector and mesh filter should only be cleaned with a soapy water solution. It is best recommended to let them soak for a period of 12 hours. Be sure to let your vaporizer components fully dry before using them again. Ceramic filters, because they are manufactured in an absorbent, porous material, it is not recommended to any cleaning with any liquids. It is suggested, using a paper clip or similar item, to poke the holes to ensure proper airflow. After normal, usage and wear, the ceramic filter, as well as other filters in the vaporizer will need to be changed. Regularly wipe battery connection clean with a 90% alcohol solution and cotton swab to ensure no oil or residue damages the battery.

The heating element of an atomizer is wrapped in a fabric. If not kept wet will burn very quickly. Once this fabric is burnt it does not absorb liquid efficiently and the atomizer can be damaged permanently by running dry just once. Your wick must be kept saturated before powering on and inhaling to prevent any damage or burnt taste. If all necessary precautions have been taken in keeping your wick saturated and you are still experiencing an unusual taste, it may be time to change your cartridge.

Customers who buy atmos batteries and choose to use other brands cartridges take a risk of leakage when using these different cartridges. It causes leakage of wax or liquid.

Step 2: Take a cotton swab slightly dipped into alcohol.
Step 3: Start by cleaning the battery connection port and all the threading, then move to the battery connection, clean that as well to remove any product that may have leaked.
Step 4: Dry for 5 minutes and try to charge the battery again.
