Yes, we ship internationally. AtmosRx® is constantly monitoring the laws concerning shipments across borders concerning nicotine products. At this time these products can be only be shipped to U.S. Addresses. All non-nicotine products and our vaporizers can be shipped Nationwide as well as internationally.
Currently, Atmos does not ship any products to Mexico, Turkey, or Panama. Aside from these areas, all orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation. UPS shipping is available in Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, Express Saver, 2 Days and Ground. All shipping times are estimated. We cannot be held responsible for any delays that are not within our control. (weather, electricity, delivery delays by the carriers).
All International shipment fees, including but not limited to warranty items are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All international shipments are subject to duties and fees when crossing borders. Generally, Brokerage fees will be required and Customs may impose duties and taxes based on the value of the goods. The two devices are identical, they are both designed and developed by Atmos Nation, LLC. The difference between both products was the name. The name AtmosRAW is no longer used in any of our advertisements or on any of our websites or business practices. The AtmosRAW is now sold as the AtmosRX Dry Herb Kit
The Atmos Junior is designed primarily for semi-solid product use but its versatility makes it uniquely compatible with dry herbs (not a dry herb vaporizer.) Small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, the chamber is designed to contain enough product to keep you enjoying it discretely for the greater part of the day. Our conventional AtmosRx Dry Herb Vaporizer primarily is used for dry herbs, but can also conveniently be efficient for semi-solid product use right out of the box. Both units have the easiest drag, clearest taste, no wick, and our exclusive ceramic chamber, so you don't need to concern yourself about any external flavors getting in the way of what matters.
The term "510" describes the thread size of most common vaporizer components, such as batteries, USB and Cartridges/Attachments. 510 threading is the standard commonly used by portable vaporizer manufacturers.
Most vaporizers that are designed and developed by AtmosRx®, have an exclusive threading that is not as common as the 510. Atmos and 510 threading are NOT COMPATIBLE with each other's components without an available adapter.

AtmosRx® offer many different cartridges available for all e-liquids and other oils. Our most popular, bestselling cartridge for e-liquids and other oils are listed below and are all available in both 510 as well as Atmos threading. Be sure to order the proper threading from our drop down menus when adding this item to your cart.
Cartridges can be ordered with different tanks that hold a variable amount of e-liquids and other oils. Cartridges can be ordered from small to extra-large tanks made from either glass or plastic. Cartridges can also be ordered with replaceable inner components.
Most cartridges are disposable because of their personal nature and use. Cartridges will probably need to be replaced when there is a burnt taste or a lack of normal operation. The longevity of a cartridge depends mainly on the end user. Due to cartridges being disposable, there is no warranty on any cartridges. Cartridges can be "maintained" by cleaning the outside, metal connector pieces in your battery and the bottom of the cartridge when necessary. If your Cartridge comes with replaceable inner parts, these need to be maintained or replaced as required. The use of an alcohol pad is highly recommended.

Post Purchase Product Inquiries
Batteries are usually shipped with a 70% charge from our warehouse, which is the suggested way to store lithium-ion batteries. For optimal performance it is highly recommended that you use the battery until it depletes itself. Then charge the battery for four (4) hours on the first initial charge. All future charges should only last until the indicator light turns green. Then your battery should promptly be removed from the charger.
AtmosRx® batteries are designed and manufactured using the latest lithium-ion technology. We carry batteries ranging from 180mAh to 2600mAh. The majority of our kits are delivered with a 650mAh battery. A 650mAh battery, will last approximately 650 puffs before needing to be recharged, 1100mAh approximately 1100 puffs, 200mAh will approximately be 200 puffs. Please keep in mind that these are all approximate calculations and each user will have varied results based on usage and age of battery.
No this is not recommended. Charging the battery longer than recommended can cause damage to the lithium-ion technology, and can be a fire hazard as well. Removing the battery from the charger immediately as the light turns green will increase the lifespan of your battery.
- Regularly wipe battery connection clean with a 90% alcohol solution and cotton swab to ensure no oil or residue damages the battery.
- Let battery thoroughly dry after cleaning with alcohol.
- Remember to remove the battery from the charger when it's fully charged.
- Unscrew the cartridge from the battery if you will not be using the device for an extended period of time.
- Carry the device in a protective case when not handling.
If you must clean your vaporizer parts of wet or dry deposit, a 90% alcohol solution and a small cotton swab is highly recommended. Do not attempt to clean the heating coil. The heating element will clean itself eventually in normal use by burning away any excess residue of essential oils or dry herbs.
The mouth piece/chamber connector and mesh filter should only be cleaned with a soapy water solution. It is best recommended to let them soak for a period of 12 hours. Be sure to let your vaporizer components fully dry before using them again.
NOTE: THE CERAMIC FILTER DOES NOT NEED TO BE CLEANED AND IS DISPOSABLE. DO NOT CLEAN.
The ceramic filter, because it is manufactured in an absorbent, porous material, it is not recommended to any cleaning with any liquids. It is suggested, using a paper clip or similar item, to poke the holes to ensure proper airflow. After normal, usage and wear, the ceramic filter, as well as other filters in the vaporizer will need to be changed. Regularly wipe battery connection clean with a 90% alcohol solution and cotton swab to ensure no oil or residue damages the battery.
The AtmosRx unit is specially designed to operate in 3 different ways. It can vaporize your dry herbs, burn your dry herbs or it can vaporize your semi-solids.
To Vaporize Dry Herbs:
- Remove spring from connecting chamber by twisting and pushing up
- Insert honeycomb glass screen flat at bottom of heating chamber
- Directly atop glass, fill heating chamber more than half way up with your ground dry herbs
- Use packing tool to gently/lightly push herbs down only to ensure they are properly making contact with glass (do not over pack)
- Close the top to the unit
- Press power button for 9 seconds until unit shuts off
- Repeat Step 6, press power button for 9 seconds until unit shuts off
- Press and hold power button entire 9 seconds
- Press and hold, begin to take deep, slow, steady puffs (do not continuously inhale)
- Remove spring from connecting chamber by twisting and pushing up
- Remove glass filter from heating chamber
- With packing tool, place semi-solid directly on heating coil, or as close as possible
- Close the top to the unit
- Press and hold power button while inhaling with long, slow inhales
The heating element of an atomizer is wrapped in a fabric. If not kept wet will burn very quickly. Once this fabric is burnt it does not absorb liquid efficiently and the atomizer can be damaged permanently by running dry just once. Your wick must be kept saturated before powering on and inhaling to prevent any damage or burnt taste. If all necessary precautions have been taken in keeping your wick saturated and you are still experiencing an unusual taste, it may be time to change your cartridge.
All AtmosRx® Dry Herb Kits are shipped with a glass filter. We do not include any additional glass filters. If you did not receive one with your kit, please contact the retailer where your device was purchased and they should provide you with one free glass filter.
