Have had my pen for a couple of days now and have to say so far so good. Seems very well made and durable. Good taste and good vape cloud. It lost one star for session time, I believe it should be longer than under 2min. Good pen at a good price. :)

I purchased a counterfeit BOSS vaporizer without knowing, and sent it back to Atmos when it stopped working. They immediately called, told me it was a counterfeit vaporizer, and offered me a credit towards a real one. Faye, the customer service rep. was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. I purchased my new unit, and it shipped out that same day. I cannot recommend Atmos enough! They are a great, honest company with amazing business practices.
