  • I bought a Vicod and love it, but when I got a Vicod 5-G I was delighted. I was surprised there was something actually better than the Vicod I was using. The Vicod 5-G draws easier and seems to heat the chamber more evenly so I use less material. And then there's The ATMOS Company. I did'nt know that this company was so well established. Quality products, and real Customer Service you can talk to, chat with or Email. They don't hide if you have a problem. And with a warranty nobody else even comes close to. Yea you could get something similar for less $$ but you better buy 2 or 3 to outlast the Atmos.

  • Not only does Atmos make a fantastic vaporizer, their customer service is excellent across the board. The warranty provided for their units is easy to set up and the replacement process is pain free in the rare event you do have an issue. Bethany T in customer service assisted me on two occasions regarding my Orbit and made the process hassle-free and very pleasant. I would (and do!) recommend Atmos to friends any day.

  • Just want to say Ive owned atoms jr for several years now and love it. Ive tried a couple other brands and they don't even come close, thanks for selling quality products and not junk as many others do.

Absolutely fantastic service and when I had a problem they fixed it without hesitation. I did not have to ask, they just offered to make things right when other companies would not have even responded. This type of service will keep us coming back for all of our Atmos needs.
